(Isaias 61)

I am very interested to go back to America for Education purpose. This is what I got: "According to the U.S. Census Bureau, an individual with a Bachelors degree will earn $1.6 million more over a lifetime than an individual with only a high-school diploma".
I am personally facing a lack of formal Education. I need to go back to School. It is a must now for me! Nyack College is too expensive ($26,000 a year for International Students) So I do not think that is for me. Sorry. I have another Education Institution in Pensacola FLorida. It has a missionary vision. (www.pccinfo.com ) I heard from this one, 10 years ago. It cost only $8,500 a year).
Again, I come back to the same point: money. I need to visit the States for 2-3 weeks to meet some of known people who might maybe help me out raise the mony. To start that I need money for the application fee which is as follows:
The regular application form should be completed and returned with the $40 Application Fee and $110 Reservation Fee to the Director of Admissions. The application cannot be processed until these fees are received; all payments must be in U.S. currency.
International students’ accounts will be charged any bank handling fees that are assessed by a foreign bank (e.g., transfer funds, etc.).
It is required by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement regulations that international students submit to the College all application forms, academic records, test scores, and proof of financial responsibility before the Immigration Form I-20 can be sent.
Then, the round trip to Lima to re-issue a Passport and visa which costs $280.
In addition, the College requires international students to submit one semester’s tuition, room and board, fees, and one-way transportation charges from the College to the student’s home before final acceptance can be granted and the Immigration Form I-20 will be sent. Each semester must be paid in advance.
So I need two types of visas. If I have to go back to the States, it would be as a tourist with B1 Visa. To raise the money. then come back here and apply for a Student (F1)visa. I am a little disspointed not to be paid attention being here.
